The Guest Writers
We want to bring you the best, so The Cutting Board features guest posts from registered dietitian nutritionists, offering not only tasty and nutritious recipes but also expert advice on keeping food safe and healthy as you shop, cook and eat.
Sara Haas, registered dietitian nutritionist
I have more than ten years of experience as a registered dietitian nutritionist and training as a chef from Le Cordon Bleu, so my recipes are designed to be delicious and healthful. With this background comes a passion for anything and everything food-related.
In addition to being an RDN and a chef, I am a mom, a wife, a sister and a daughter. Because of this, I always ensure my recipes are safe and offer food safety tips along the way. Life is busy and I want to help you make delicious, healthy and safe meals for friends and loved ones. Enjoy!
