The Blog

The Cutting Board provides easy solutions for safely creating delicious, healthful meals. We hope our blog will make your life simpler and healthier with recipes, kitchen hacks and ways to keep food safe, from the store (or even garden) to the fork.

Blog Goals:

  • To inspire you to get in the kitchen and create healthful, delicious meals
  • To highlight kitchen hacks and simple steps to safely handle food at home or wherever you are

Sara Haas sprinkling almonds on saladI’m thrilled to be able to share my recipes with you as a frequent contributor for The Cutting Board.

I have more than ten years of experience as a registered dietitian nutritionist and training as a chef from Le Cordon Bleu, so my recipes are designed to be delicious and healthful. With this background comes a passion for anything and everything food-related.

In addition to being an RDN and a chef, I am a mom, a wife, a sister and a daughter. Because of this, I always ensure my recipes are safe and offer food safety tips along the way. Life is busy and I want to help you make delicious, healthy and safe meals for friends and loved ones. Enjoy!
